PRIVACY POLICY

I. Subject

Article 1. This Privacy Policy, hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”, is meant to regulate the processing of personal data between RAMARIS EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”, owner of the following website: www.ludogorie.bg, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, and each of the users of the Website, hereinafter referred to as the “User(s)”, in connection with the use of the Website by the User.

III. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Article 3. (1) The Provider collects, stores, and processes personal data of the Users through the Website solely in connection with its business activities, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria.

(2) The User’s personal data may be used to identify and communicate with the User in the case of enquiries or job applications generated, to provide advertising content tailored to the interests of the User, to send out a Newsletter if the User has given their consent to receive one, to gather statistical data on the use of the Website, to protect the information security of the Website, to account for the use of the Provider’s services, or to ensure the provision of the Provider’s services.

(3) The Provider shall not use or process personal data of the User that provides information about the race or ethnicity of the User, that provides information related to the health, sex life, or human genome of the User, that provides information related to political, religious, or philosophical beliefs or affiliations.

(4) The Provider shall take measures to protect the User’s personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, including the Personal Data Protection Act.

Article 4. The Website uses cookies. The type, purposes, and conditions for their use are specified in the Cookie Policy, available at:  www.ludogorie.bg/cookie-policy, to which the User agrees by using the Website.

Article 5. By using the Website the User expressly agrees that the Provider shall have the right to process the User’s personal data in accordance with the current Terms and Conditions, available at:  www.ludogorie.bg.

Article 6. The Provider shall not disclose, sell, exchange, or in any other way provide to third parties the information that the Website collects through the User’s visits, except in cases when this is required under the applicable law and/or by a competent authority designated by law, but always in compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Article 7. The User may request the Provider to change, delete, or restrict the use of their personal data (i) by sending an email to the Provider with a clearly defined request to the following email: office@ludogorie.bg; or (ii) by sending a written consent withdrawal request to the Provider by post to the following address: Dryanovo Village, 4 Shipka Street.
